Refund policy

At Dera By Passion, we want you to love your purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with any original tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged after delivery, altered, or show signs of use cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please note: Original shipping charges and express shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
