Orders & Payments

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colors, patterns, descriptions, and sizing. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and your device screen.

Some Dera By Passion pieces are Free Size/One Size. Fit may vary depending on height, body shape, and preferred fit. Please review the Size & Fit information provided on each product before ordering.

Shipping

Orders are shipped every Friday. Standard delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days after shipment.

Express shipping may be available for an additional fee shown at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in the Fargo–Moorhead area.

Customers selecting local pickup should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving. Pickup instructions will be provided after the order is prepared.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returned merchandise may receive a full refund to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.
